Mercurial and diff tools

There are no concrete plans for this, but I agree that it would be
useful. I've recently worked with a .odt file and made an oodiff command
using extdiff. But it would be much more useful to override the standard
diff command and have hgweb and 'hgtk log' show the text diffs instead
of showing an incomprehensible Git patch.
