Never is a long time.  If you wanted, you could run an "hg init" in your
repo/.hg directory and track changes to hgrc file.  You could technically
push and pull from this repository if you wanted.  You have to be careful
not to commit the data store because this will corrupt your repository if
you push it somewhere else.  I am just saying its possible but I am not
necessarily recommending it.   I don't actually track .hg/hgrc myself.
