...which is *not* the same as saying "Windows is not supported".
AFAIK cvs2svn works fine on Windows, and if I have not screwed up,
then my cvs2hg should also work on Windows.  But I haven't tested it.
I have no interest in Windows, so it'll be up to someone else to try
it on Windows, report the bugs, describe the procedure, etc.
