eol with hg 1.4.x?

Heh, I spoke too soon... I have just come home and when I pulled the
changeset that should have switched EOLs in all my files, I discovered
that contained only the addition of the .hgeol file. The .tex files were
not touched.

I guess this has something to do with the invalidation of the dirstate,
but I don't know what's going on yet. I'll see if I can reproduce this
in a failing test case.
