Recommended approach for converting from CVSNT to Mercurial?

So running against our largest and most complex module, Pass 12 shows
a total of r19520 subversion commits.
On Pass 16, we get to:

Anything I can do to increase the verbosity and/or debug level for
this?  It took 9 hours to get that far.
