hg heads command inconsistant?

This was discussed several times on the list, and I still consider it to be a 
bug, usability-wise.  (I'd like to use --close-branch for real work and would 
like to see support for this in more hg UIs, but I never use named branches.)

The workaround is to use "hg heads default".
