Hg Eclipse user manual?

Eduoard,

I am trying to create my first repository using Hg Eclipse.  I installed the
plugin and I read the web page and saw the screen shots but vital
information is missing.  For instance, one screen shot shows a wizard but
fails to mention how to launch it.  I have yet to find a way to do that.
The Google Code tutorial shows how to use an existing project saved on
Google Code but I want to create a NEW project and not on Google Code.
Where is the document that shows how to START
