Hg Eclipse user manual?

Sorry, that was sent before I was finished.

As I was saying, where is the document that shows how to START a repository
and then upload it to someplace like bitbucket, for example?   Since I
started this email I have found a pretty good resource here:
http://bitbucket.org/mercurialeclipse/main/wiki/Documentation.  I am working
through all the information but so far it still seems like the missing bit
of information is how to get started if you are creating a new project
rather then contributing to an existing one.
