Status on HgBook

Yeah, I agree -- copying the files is only good for a one-shot
translation.

I want to do two things:

1. convert the book from the ugly Docbook XML syntax to ReST syntax,
   which I find more light-weight. That makes it easier for both the
   editors and the translators.

2. translate it just like we translate the help topics in Mercurial.
   When we split on paragraph boundaries (blank lines) we wont
   invalidate more that a single paragraph when editing a given line.
