I disagree about Docbook being better -- I hate it when I pickup an
O'Reilly book with its bland and boring layout... Docbook does not make
beautiful books in my experience.

Postprocessing the XML tree in Docbook or the XML tree Docutils can
output should be the same. It's just that one of the input formats is
for humans who like plain text (me) and the other is for robots :)

I don't know -- I just know that I don't like Docbook input.
