In particular, read this section:

Pages that are not in English MUST include the name of the language in
the page name.

I'm afraid we also don't want original content that's not in English, as
we can't check it for accuracy. I've just added a note about this to
that section.

If you'd like to improve the English version of the SSH on Windows page
first, great. But a) don't use watermarked images and b) the license of
the wiki content is GPL, not CC.

And again, if you want to do the most good as a translator, focus on
pages at the top of PageHits.
