What do you do with MQ?

I cannot give you a specific example. I use MQ if I have to fix 3rd 
party code.
I use the patches to send them upstream and have them applied until 
upstream fixes the problem. So I can unapply them without problems or 
searching the revision I fixed it to backout it now.
