Mercurial not checking out everything....

Hi all -

First let me admit that I'm pretty new to mercurial and I quite possibly
may have shot myself in the foot somewhere.

With that out of the way, I'm having an issue where from jenkins, some
directories are not getting populated during the clone/pull process.

I don't see anything that stands out as wrong and several other jobs that
are configured the same way don't have this problem.

(this is latest jenkins running on ubuntu with hg 2.0 installed)

Any suggestions?

All the logs (rhodecode, jenkins, etc) are all clean.
