The Mercurial mailing list is a public list for getting help with
Mercurial.  If you want someone to help you directly, for a fee, check out
the list of people able to provide commercial support:

mailing list with your exact problem(s) and provide as much detail as
possible, and someone ought to be able to point you in the right direction
at no cost.

I'd also suggest checking out http://hginit.com/ - it's an excellent
resource for getting started with Mercurial and dealing with the basics.
