download link on mercurial.selenic.com tries to save a 64-bit install

Has anyone else noticed that the download link on the mercurial home page doesn't actually go to the url that it says it does when you hover over it?  (http://mercurial.selenic.com/downloads/)

Instead, when I click on it, my browser tries to download a 64-bit version of TortoiseHG, which is completely wrong.

What is going on going on here?
