Please note though that while the source of this guide may be publicly
accessible on Martin's Bitbucket repositories, it's not (like Mercurial
or the Mercurial Book) available under a free or permissive license, as
Martin has publicly stated that republishing their kickstart guide needs
permission from him or rather his employer, which owns the copyright.

Just as a heads up for people considering to contribute to their guide
(I won't).
