uncompressed transfer for pull

The poorly named --uncompressed option to clone sends complete copies of
all the (already compressed) .i and .d files in .hg/store/ over the wire
without looking at their contents.

But the pull command can't simply send full files without looking at
them because it's only supposed to send the newest changesets.
