selenic.com DNS is broken (with suggestions to fix it)

What is your problem?
OK only one nameserver is currently responding but it does not stop access to 
the sites.
urth.org is serving up waste.org and the NS record for selenic.com is actually 
urth.org not ns.urth.org so that looks like the possible mistake as 
http://who.is/nameserver/ns.urth.org/ is listing selenic.com
