Adding phase to hg log output

Not directly answering your question, but still something related.
"changeset:" line in the default hg log template is ready for coloring
depending on the phase, that is, it bears changeset.<phase> color
label. So you can color changeset.secret, changeset.draft and
changeset.public differently, e.g.:

[color]
changeset.draft = blue bold underline red_background

Which may be easier for some eyes than a separate "phase:" line (maybe
not with that color choice above, but I personally use red, yellow and
green for the three phases).
