Greetings,

When I add a huge file to a Mercurial repository I might get a message
along the lines of

More than nnn MB of RAM may be needed to manage file ...

which is a really good reminder about what you might have to pay. How-
ever, when a small file is added to a repository which then continuously
grows from changeset to changeset until it reaches, say, 300 MB, you
will not receive the above warning message even though this file will
not be pullable from older hosts not equipped with enough RAM.

Is it possible to also receive such a warning message when an existing
file grows beyond easily manageable limits?

Sincerely,
  Rainer
